Welcome to CareerAdvance, a platform dedicated to career growth and competence development. By accessing or using our website at careeradvance.top, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

By using our services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
3. Services
CareerAdvance offers professional coaching, workshops, and personalized development plans. All service engagements are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.1 Refunds for Services
Clients may request a refund or reschedule a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval, using the original payment method. If a service is delivered in full as scheduled, no refund is available. In exceptional cases where preparatory materials have been custom-designed, a refund will not be provided.
3.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a service session by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. Sessions rescheduled within less than 48 hours may incur additional fees.
4. Info Products
CareerAdvance provides digital guides, templates, and online courses.
4.1 Refunds for Info Products
Requests for refunds must be submitted before downloading or accessing the digital product. Once the download or access link has been used, no refund is available. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
5. Goods
We may offer physical items such as workbooks and merchandise.
5.1 Refunds for Goods
You may return unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
6. Payment
All payments are due upon confirmation of service, product, or goods. We accept major payment methods. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
7. Changes to Terms
CareerAdvance reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at careeradvance.top. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
